The 18th annual VCW LIBERTY LOTTERY will take place on Saturday night July 19th at the PORTSMOUTH PAVILION in Portsmouth, VA!
Located at 16 Crawford Circle on the bank of the Elizabeth River, the Pavilion has hosted countless national touring acts since opening over two decades ago!
It is, without question, the largest venue ever to host the VCW Liberty Lottery!
